Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.

Receipt time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping time: US orders may arrive approximately 7-12 business days (Monday to Friday) after being shipped.

* Please allow extra 5-7 business days for custom orders

Shipping carrier: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx…

Address Changes

Once you placed order has been more than 24 hours, we are unable to change your shipping address, so, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order to modify the delivery address if your address is wrong.

We only provide and deliver products within United States(Excluded Locations: Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates).
